- Complete the “Declaración Jurada de Compromiso para comunicar a la Autoridad de Salud” form online within 72 hours prior the scheduled flight.
- Passengers must present in the country of origin and in Perú the generated QR code from the online form, it could be presented both digital and printed.
- Traditional surgical face masks are the only ones allowed. It is forbidden to wear fabric handmade masks and fabric handkerchiefs or bandanas.
- Present a negative RT-PCR test certificate (Molecular Test) or an antibody test for COVID-19 issued no more than 72 hours before their scheduled flight. Those under 12 years of age are exempt from this by presenting a good health certificate.
